Subscribers
who pick up their orders at the Mega-Store must pick up once
per month.
Mail-order subscribers will be invoiced during the first week of each month, with payment due on receipt. Orders ship as soon as payment is processed. Special arrangements can be made if the one-month deadline does not suit your needs, but you MUST contact us BEFORE you are late to clean out your folder. For extensions and special arrangements, please e-mail Chad (if you are an in-store subscriber) or Scott (if you are a mail-order subscriber). |

Please bear in mind that all
titles on your list are ordered specifically for you �
above and beyond the number of copies we would normally order for
the showroom floor.
As a courtesy, we ask that you purchase all items that reach your folder. (Inability to comply with this request will result in a loss of any discounts and possible cancellation.) From time to time, we will "cross-subscribe" you to new titles that appear to be of interest � for example, we added X-TREME X-MEN to the subscription of everyone who normally receives UNCANNY X-MEN. You are NOT required to purchase these cross-subscribed titles, and if you receive any via mail-order, you can return them for credit toward your next purchase. (Take a moment to read them before you return them!) |

credit card information is kept confidential.
If you are an in-store subscriber, you card will ONLY be charged if you do not pick up your orders within the allotted month. If you are a mail-order subscriber, we will automatically charge your card and ship your order each month. Charges will be run ONLY after you have been invoiced, and you can choose to send a check or money order in place of having your card charged. If you do not have a credit card (or don't wish to use one), you can also secure your sub with a one-time deposit. All deposits are fully refundable: After you have been in the subscriber program one year, you can request a refund � or we will automatically return your deposit when you cancel your subscription. Please Note: Deposits are NOT refundable if you violate the terms of this agreement! Failure to clean out your folder will result in loss of your deposit. |

online application has a checkbox to verify that you have read and
understood our policies regarding subscriptions. Please be
sure this checkbox is checked
when you submit your form, or we will not be able to process your
subscription.
If you fill out a hard-copy application — in the store or to mail in — please be sure to sign it. Your signature indicates your acceptance of the policies outlined here. We will NOT process any subscription requests that are not authorized by the subscriber, so PLEASE double check your application before you submit it. |
